Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years' related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and Owner's Representatives.
• Oversee contract drawings and subcontract information; ensure drawings relate to the estimate.
• Manage project budget and submittals/shop drawings; resolve interpretation conflicts.
• Negotiate Change Orders and manage information on changes in the Work; obtain approvals.
• Coordinate close-out processes; prepare final project records and warranties.
• Supervise junior staff and provide input on performance appraisals.
• Develop Scope of Work documents for trades and produce progress reports.
