CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pool Pharmacist to cover on-site clinics across Daytona and Jacksonville, FL. The role involves dispensing medications, patient interaction, and managing records, with TB screening participation and immunizer certification requirements.

The position is not remote, is patient-facing, and may be scheduled as needed to cover market demand. A valid Florida pharmacist license and PharmD/Bachelor is required, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Formación

• Licensed pharmacist in the relevant state and active board license.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Professional pharmacy practice experience and immunizer certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, dispense and verify medications; maintain prescription records and inventory.
• Interact with patients, provide drug information, and support TB screening program requirements.
• Travel on-site across Daytona and Jacksonville locations; in-clinic patient-facing role.
