Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) seeks a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our patient care team across multiple Indian River County sites. The role is a float position, traveling to TCCH locations to dispense medications and counsel patients.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, and support safe medication use, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Florida license and PharmD or Bachelors required; CPR required.

Formación

• PharmD or Pharm degree required.
• Active Florida Pharmacist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain records.
• Provide medication counseling on dosage, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize patient care.
• Support inventory management and safe handling of medications.
