Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Must have an active license with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Professional Pharmacy Practice experience required.
• TB screening is required as part of Humana's program.

Responsibilities

• Compound and dispense medications and pharmaceuticals.
• Prepare and maintain prescription records, patient charges, and inventory.
• Provide drug information to members and interact with patients directly.
• Travel between Daytona and Jacksonville locations to cover the market.
