AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Traveling Pipe Foreman to supervise underground utility installation across multiple regional projects. The role requires hands-on leadership of pipe layers, operators, and laborers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The position involves travel between Buena Vista, GA and Crossville, TN with per diem of $100 per day to offset living expenses while away from home. Strong focus on blueprints, GPS, and heavy equipment operation is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pipeline and underground utility installation.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints and utility specs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct daily installation of pipelines and utilities.
• Plan work sequences and assign crew tasks.
• Ensure trenching, bedding, backfilling meet specs.
• Oversee alignment, grade, joint integrity.
• Operate excavators, backhoes, trench boxes as needed.
• Verify elevations using grade rods, lasers, GPS.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Communicate with Superintendent on plan changes.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct talks.
• Mentor crew and promote teamwork.
