The role requires 5+ years in underground utilities and 2+ years in crew leadership, with a valid driver's license and strong safety focus. Travel to active job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in underground utility construction.
• Minimum 2 years leading pipe crews or foreman-level experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices.
• Familiar with heavy equipment and trenching/excavation methods.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate tools.

Responsibilities

• Instill safety as a top priority on site.
• Lead, direct, and motivate pipe crews for underground utility installations.
• Coordinate daily activities, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Plan tasks, conduct safety meetings, and ensure quality adherence.
