Job summary

Timberline Construction Group seeks an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to lead water and sewer installation projects, supervising a crew of 4–6 and performing hands-on field support. The first assignment is in Sevierville, Tennessee, with future travel to other sites as needed.

You will read plans, coordinate with the Superintendent, ensure safety compliance, manage production and quality, and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

Five+ years of field experience as a foreman.
Knowledge of water and sewer installation and trenching.
Ability to read plans and coordinate crews.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct underground utility installation, trenching, pipe laying, backfill and related earthwork.
Lead the crew in the field and provide hands-on support as needed.
Coordinate work around existing utilities and ensure installations meet plan, grade and project requirements.
Monitor production, quality and schedule; resolve field issues promptly.
Coordinate equipment, materials, inspections and upcoming work with the Superintendent.
Enforce trench safety and other jobsite safety requirements.
Complete daily timesheets, progress reports and as-built documentation.
