Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II in High Point, NC for a 6-month contract. Onsite role with travel to multiple locations. Responsible for quality blood collection and patient interaction, following procedures and safety standards.

The position requires phlebotomy proficiency, ability to handle pediatric and geriatric cases, and flexibility to cover various sites. Certification preferred; NC credentials/licenses required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• NC State Credentials/Licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily phlebotomy activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, professional patient environment.
• Perform specimen collection and processing per established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
