The role requires travel to Summit, Randolph, Denville, and Fairfield, with focus on customer relationships and adherence to compliance. Strong leadership and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of retail products, policies, and procedures.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to sell and refer products to customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes bank products and resolves customer inquiries professionally.
• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
• Participates in community and networking events for business development.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to bank standards.
• Supervise and coach Personal Bankers as needed.
• Handle daily branch proofs, ATM and vault activities.
• Perform audits and support opening/closing of branches.
• Oversee overdraft reporting in the absence of management.
• Maintain customer confidence and adhere to policies and procedures.
