Job summary

Provident Bank is seeking a Personal Banker (Float) for the Central NJ/PA region with assignments at Madison Farms and other local branches. The role blends sales targets with customer service and requires willingness to travel to multiple locations.

You will open accounts, cross-sell products, service customers, and build a book of business while maintaining branch operations and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell to satisfy customer needs.
• Promote bank products and refer inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Build and grow a book of business through consultative needs assessments.
• Handle transactions, service, and customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist branch management with daily operations as needed.
