Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Floating Personal Banker to serve customers across Burlington, Lumberton, Moorestown, Delran and Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time role includes opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, promoting digital banking, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle teller transactions, build relationships with customers, and participate in a 4-6 month training period to learn systems, referrals, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Prior sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships and educate customers on financial needs.
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Promote the Bank’s digital banking services and assist with teller transactions.
