First Bank in High Point is seeking a Roving Personal Banker. You will conduct financial needs assessments, recommend products, and build customer relationships at service windows and via outreach.

Travel to branches within the region is required to fill in as needed, and you will generate referrals while meeting sales and customer service goals. A strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Industry training or curriculum in banking/finance if available.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems and common software.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver excellent service.
• Provide transactional support to Tellers and ensure accuracy.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related documents.
• Process loan applications including credit lines and cards.
• Assist customers with requests and follow-ups to resolve issues.
• Handle deposits, cards, safe deposit boxes and official checks.
• Process transfers, address changes, and related branch tasks.
• Follow security procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with customers in person or by phone and support multiple branches.
• Achieve activity and growth goals and generate referrals.
• Stay compliant with bank policies and anti-money-laundering rules.
