Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Personal Banker and Service Representative functions for service excellence.
• Provides transactional support to Tellers and dual control as applicable.
• Opens all types of personal and business accounts and prepares docs.
• Inputs and closes personal loan applications and credit lines.
• Assists customers with requests, complaints and follow-ups to satisfaction.
• Processes non-post reports, wire transfers, orders, and changes.
• Adheres to security, compliance and operational procedures.
• Travels to fill-in at various branches as needed.
