LEAD Staff - Construction is seeking a Working Foreman to lead PEMB field crews in Abilene, TX. You will supervise erection of structural steel, IMPs, and wall panels, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress.

The role requires hands-on leadership with 4–5 years of PEMB experience and OSHA 30 certification. The position offers a full-time contract schedule with long hours (60–62 hrs/week) and a $33/hr rate plus a $130/day per diem for travel and local stay.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in PEMB construction and steel erection.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is generally mandatory.
• Experience reading engineered drawings/blueprints; knowledge of insulation systems.
