Job summary

Harrell Construction is actively seeking a PEMB Field Superintendent for our Jacksonville, FL projects. You will lead PEMB crews, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality installation of pre-engineered metal buildings across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PEMB installation and proven field leadership. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree considered a bonus. Drug test and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PEMB installation experience.
• Previous job site management & quality control experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coordinate all job site operations.
• Manage PEMB production crews and ensure quality installation.
• Work directly with Project Managers to keep things running smoothly.
• Maintain safety, schedule, and high production standards onsite.
