Job summary

Orionplacement in Mesa, Arizona seeks a PEMB foreman to lead field execution on commercial pre-engineered metal building projects. This full-time, on-site role requires 4+ years of PEMB foreman experience and hands-on erection knowledge, including metal roofing, wall systems, and insulation.

You will direct crews, read shop and erection drawings, coordinate subs, ensure safety and quality, and communicate progress to management. OSHA 30 is required; US work authorization essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PEMB construction foreman experience.
• Strong experience with PEMB/PEMB steel erection, metal roofs, metal wall systems, and insulation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to work safely at heights, in varying temperatures and jobsite environments, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Direct crews and subcontractors while maintaining safe, productive, and organized jobsites.
• Read and communicate PEMB shop drawings, erection drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and project milestones.
• Conduct toolbox talks, daily jobsite meetings, field reports, and progress documentation.
• Communicate job progress, resource needs, field issues, and potential delays to project management.
• Oversee proper material handling, storage, installation, and quality control.
• Verify subcontractor scope and coordinate work between trades.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mesa, Arizona, supporting commercial construction projects throughout Arizona, primarily across Maricopa County.

Note

Candidates must have 4+ years of foreman experience specifically involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB/PEB), including hands‑on experience with metal building erection. General ironworker experience without meaningful PEMB experience is not sufficient for this position.

• Manage inspections, deficiencies, punch‑list items, and field completion activities.
• Perform and supervise work from the ground, lifts, and elevated surfaces while following required PPE and safety procedures.

• Strong experience with PEB/PEMB steel erection, metal roofs, metal wall systems, and insulation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to work safely at heights, in varying temperatures and jobsite environments, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• First Aid/CPR, lift certifications, MSHA, or construction‑related education preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
