Angel Kids Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Floater to join our team from our corporate office in Jacksonville. This role provides clinical and administrative support across nine clinic locations, assisting with patient care and maintaining efficient operations.

The ideal candidate holds CMA or RMA credentials, with pediatric experience preferred. Travel between clinics is required to cover staffing and support services.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Pediatric experience: 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certificate from an accredited program required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients, measure vitals.
• Answer patient questions professionally.
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain nursing stations and exam areas per OSHA standards.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and report shortages.
• Screen and direct routine telephone calls.
• Travel to all Angel Kids Pediatrics locations to provide staffing coverage.
• Support clinical and administrative operations.
