Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our clinical team at the corporate office. You will greet patients, take vitals, support nurses, and help maintain exam rooms to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate holds CMA or RMA certification (or Health Degree) and has high school diploma/GED; pediatric experience is preferred. This role requires flexibility for weekend coverage and a patient-centered approach with strong communication

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Greets, receives, and prepares patients for appointments and procedures; measures and records vital signs.
• Assists in providing patient care and supports the clinical team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Maintains nursing stations and exam rooms per OSHA standards and Universal Precautions.
• Responds to patient questions in person or by phone professionally.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
