ExperCARE is seeking a reliable Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our team. This full-time role serves as a front-desk ambassador, greeting patients, registering, verifying insurance, handling phone lines, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.

The position is based at Richmond Hill with coverage across all eight ExperCARE locations, requiring travel between sites; flexibility, strong communication, multitasking, and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and callers in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information accurately.
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collect payments and calculate charges correctly.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient referrals.
• Fax, scan, and manage medical records as needed.
• Keep the front office and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Support overall clinic flow and assist team members as needed.
