Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking a Field Technician to service and implement PARCS hardware and software, providing ongoing direct support. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, OS, network, and database issues and perform required service actions to resolve problems.

Responsibilities include assisting sales with technical requirements and hardware plans, developing test plans, documenting results, and performing onsite installation, commissioning, and related service tasks across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years' experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry.
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for T2 PARCS hardware and software.
• Assist sales engineers with technical requirements and implementation plans for PARCS installations.
• Develop and oversee test plans to confirm hardware and software performance per contract obligations.
