Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Service Technician to support PARCS hardware and software systems. You will facilitate implementation, provide ongoing direct support, and troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, OS, network, and database components.

You will collaborate with T2 Sales and Sales Engineers on technical requirements and hardware plans. The role involves developing test plans, documenting results, and performing onsite installation, commissioning, and service tasks to ensure

Qualifications

• 3-10 years’ experience as a service technician in the Manufacturing/Security/Electronics/Parking or Transportation industry.
• Experience in software/firmware environment preferred.

Responsibilities
