Qualifications

• 2+ years as supervisor in a warehouse environment.
• OSHA 30 General Industry certification preferred; 10-hour preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regionally/nationally.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Advise on safety discrepancies and make risk-reduction recommendations.
• Oversee accident investigations and identify root causes for process improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to monitor client compliance and analyze safety observations.
• Educate employees on safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain documentation of safety procedures, accidents, and related events.
