Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a traveling orthodontic dental assistant to provide clinical support across our Worcester locations, including Gentle Dental and Trolley Yard. This part-time role covers Fridays and Saturdays and requires reliable transportation to travel between sites.

You will chairside assist, expose radiographs, educate patients, and help maintain infection control and equipment. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and you will join a team committed to patient comfort and

• Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment
• Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPAA
• Maintain dental supply inventory
• Perform other related job duties as assigned

The Part-Time Traveling Orthodontic Dental Assistant will provide clinical support to facilitate the relationship between our patients and dentists, increase the efficiency of delivering quality dental care, and maintain communication between dentists, patients, and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience.

Our Specialty team travels to multiple locations. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel required. Mileage reimbursement provided.

This is aPart-Time role for Fridays and Saturdays and will travel within our Worcester locations (Gentle Dental and Trolley Yard).
