Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitude.
• Travel reliably between our multiple office locations as needed.
• Be flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients and families.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Follow up with new and existing patients.
• Work closely with the orthodontist and team at each location.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations across office locations.
