Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support our orthodontic practices. The role involves coordinating across multiple offices, ensuring a smooth patient journey and helping with financial arrangements for treatment.

As part of the G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude), you’ll create welcoming experiences and assist patients from scheduling through treatment, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for our dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
