Job summary

Keplr Vision is seeking an Optician I to travel among the five Nittany Eye Associates locations. The role focuses on reviewing prescriptions, educating patients on lens options, assisting with frame choices, and meeting sales goals while ensuring patient satisfaction.

Experience in optical settings is preferred but not required, as we provide training for the right candidate. The position reports to the Practice Manager and is a full-time role in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts.
• Educate patients on corrective lens options and help choose based on medical needs and lifestyle.
• Provide feedback about aesthetic choices in frames with honesty and care.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff while meeting patient needs.
