Job summary

Panorama Eyecare LLC is seeking an Optician to join our Fort Collins and Windsor eyecare clinics. You will specialize in fitting glasses, processing prescriptions, and guiding patients through frame and lens choices.

The role requires excellent patient service, accuracy, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Travel between clinics is expected weekly; compensation is hourly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABO certification through ABO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing eyeglass frames, lens types and features.
• Measure customers to ensure proper fit.
• Prepare orders for fabrication and lens mounting.
• Process eyewear orders with labs and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Dispense finished glasses and confirm patient satisfaction.
• Repair frames and assist in selecting replacements as needed.
• Adjust frames for proper fit and comfort.
• Maintain eyewear inventory and track orders with vendors.
• Handle insurance billing information and approvals.
• Balance patient payments and receipts daily.
