Zusammenfassung

Panorama Eyecare is seeking a dedicated Optician to join our team at the Fort Collins and Windsor clinics. You will guide patients in choosing frames and lenses, ensure proper measurements and fitting, and coordinate lab work to deliver accurate eyewear.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining inventory while delivering exceptional patient service. ABO certification is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• ABO certification through the American Board of Opticianry is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists customers in choosing eyeglass frames, lenses, and features.
• Measures customers for proper fit.
• Prepares orders for fabrication and ensures accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Inspects finished eyewear for defects and correctness.
• Dispenses glasses and ensures patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Repairs frames and assists with frame realignment.
• Maintains inventory and processes insurance/billing information.
