Job summary

Candidates should hold a BSN, with master's preferred, and have at least 3 years in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of ER and surgical services.
• Experience as circulatory RN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate patient care across ED, Medical-Surgical Unit, swing beds and OR.
• Lead clinical and operational resources, ensuring high-quality care and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other staff to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
