Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager for our Deckerville, MI hospital to lead the ED, Medical-Surgical unit, and OR. This on-site role oversees clinical operations, coordinates care, and supports staff to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care during day shifts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (master’s preferred), at least 3 years in healthcare administration, and strong ER/surgical services knowledge. Travel to Aspire locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ER and surgical services.
• Experience as circulatory RN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational leadership for the hospital and coordinate patient care across ED, MSU, and OR.
• Serve as a lead resource for staff, resolving issues in real time and ensuring safe care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other departments to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain hospital operations during assigned shifts; may provide direct patient care as needed in a CAH setting.
