Job summary

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality post-acute care across two facilities in the Bethlehem and Allentown, PA area. This full-time role offers a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 per year with uncapped bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

The NP will diagnose, treat, and guide patients toward better health, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.

Qualifications

• NP license or eligibility to obtain
• All experience levels welcome – training and mentorship available
• Interest in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and assess patient histories.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Document care accurately and efficiently.
