Job summary

We Search People is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily and student housing projects in the Columbus, OH area with regional travel across the Midwest. The role requires a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction and student housing, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and schedules.

The successful candidate will travel to projects across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and nearby states, ensuring safety, quality and on-time turnover while

Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience is required.
• Strong background in multifamily and student housing construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up multifamily and student housing projects.
• Manage projects from sitework through turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and schedule.
• Work closely with Project Managers and project leadership.
• Travel to projects throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and surrounding states.
