Job summary

KCG Companies, a leading vertically integrated real estate development and construction firm, is seeking Construction Superintendents to lead ground-up wood-framed multifamily projects across several states, including Indiana. This is a travel-intensive role requiring relocation near job sites for 18 to 24 months.

You will coordinate construction operations, safety, quality, and on-site logistics in partnership with Project Managers, managing schedules, permits, inspections, and trade partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction superintendent experience on ground-up projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Familiarity with Procore.
• Strong leadership and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction operations, logistics and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers and subs to meet standards.
• Manage permits, licenses and inspections with authorities.
• Lead project team including executives, PMs, and field staff.
• Oversee trade partners and materials within budget and schedule.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and regulators.
• Uphold OSHA and safety standards and site cleanliness.
