Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead our Cleveland multifamily project. This is a hands-on field role where you will run the jobsite, enforce safety, manage subcontractors, drive the schedule, and safeguard quality and cost.

Travel is a major part of the role, with assignments typically 9 to 36 months before you move to another Wallick community. The position requires proven field leadership on multifamily projects and the ability to read drawings and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership or superintendent experience.
• Experience on multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction or occupied renovation.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, contracts and schedules.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades in active field environments.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, site logistics and trade sequencing.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts and project schedules; communicate with design consultants.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and accountable job site.
