Job summary

The Ravin Group seeks an experienced Multifamily Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up, stick-framed, slab-on-grade projects in Indiana and Ohio. You will oversee the project from preconstruction to completion, interpret plans, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Required: 10+ years in similar roles, strong leadership, and ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with ground-up, multi-story multifamily construction.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Able to manage scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subs, and ownership teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance, including OSHA.
• Manage budgets, job costs, and field productivity.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and leadership.
• Travel 100% and lead field teams across sites.
