Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with multifamily experience to lead Columbus projects on-site. You will oversee the buildout from start to finish, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

A strong background in residential and commercial construction is essential. You will drive safety, quality, and collaboration across teams while communicating progress to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects.
• Proven experience with residential and commercial construction, including buildout processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Oversee multifamily construction from inception to completion.
