Moss, a national construction firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site activities in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with Owners, design partners, and trade contractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline or 5 years’ experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with trade contractors, owners’ reps, design team, and authorities.
• Strong leadership and project management finance skills required.

Responsabilités

• Manage a specific project area or multiple trade scopes on a large project.
• Oversee preconstruction activities and review design documents with owner and design team.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate field operations, safety programs, and subcontractor relations.
• Support project closeout and warranty transfer processes.
