Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site activities for a major project in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with Owners, design partners, and trade contractors to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as PM or AP PM in large multifamily/wood projects, strong communication skills, and proven leadership. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Project Executive and supports safety and project delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline, or 5 years’ relevant experience.
• 4+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Assistant PM in Wood Multifamily construction.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management finance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a specific project area or multiple trade scopes on a large project.
• Lead preconstruction sessions with Owner's criteria and design team.
• Identify key subcontractors and coordinate partnering sessions.
• Review schedules, budgets and change orders; monitor costs and progress.
• Administer RFI process, prepare monthly reports and maintain records.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and onsite coordination of field operations.
