Job summary

Moss is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site construction efforts in Oklahoma, coordinating with Owners, design partners, and trade contractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and has 4+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction, with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Wood Multifamily construction projects.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with trade contractors, owners' representatives, design team, building departments and other team members.
• Strong leadership skills and project management finance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project administration including subcontracting, change orders, and draws.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, costs and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Owners, Design Partners, and Trade Contractors.
• Oversee field operations, safety programs, and quality control.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage document control and RFI processes.
• Support preconstruction services and review design documents.
