Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Surge Merchandisers to stock, display, and maintain products across assigned stores in the United States. You will travel regionally to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects or urgent needs, using a company mobile app to report progress.

Applicants must have access to a smartphone with data, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with store staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English conversational proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup of promotional displays.
• Provide customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within designated area.
