Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.

You will travel to multiple store locations, work with store teams, and use our mobile app to complete visits, execute promos, and report results. A valid driver’s license and a smartphone are required, with flexible hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores within a region.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and conduct business in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a region.
