Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products across retail locations. You will work with store teams, travel within a region for peak projects, and use a company mobile app to report results and tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English communication skills and a dedicated smartphone are essential for real-time updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Must have access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
