Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and maintaining products across assigned stores. You will travel to multiple locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects, using a mobile app to report results.

The role requires a reliable smartphone, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible hours and benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Smartphone with data plan required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
