Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products, partner with store teams, and travel to locations for peak periods and special projects. You will use a mobile app to report results and ensure displays meet client guidelines.

Applicants should have retail or merchandising experience or be willing to learn. A valid driver’s license, a personal smartphone with data, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Visit stores and complete projects on time; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within a region as assigned.
