Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across multiple retail locations. You will travel to stores within a region and use our mobile app to report results, ensuring displays meet client guidelines and timelines.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail merchandising experience is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have a data plan for smartphone for work tasks.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays prime.
• Complete store visits and projects on time via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company.
• Troubleshoot product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within the designated area.
