Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores within a designated region. You will travel to multiple locations, work with store teams, and use our mobile app to report results.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with data. Prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred but not required, and we offer flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related field preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks (data plan required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to maintain prime displays.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within the region.
