Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across multiple retail locations in the designated region. You will use a company mobile app to report progress and collaborate with store teams. A personal smartphone and valid driver’s license are required, with ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

English proficiency is essential. The role offers flexible hours and competitive pay with benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Must have access to a personal smartphone for work tasks including app usage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
• Minimum English conversational proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a region.
