Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and keeping products available. You will travel to stores within a region and work with store teams to complete merchandising tasks, using our mobile app to report progress.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A personal smartphone with data is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Visit stores and complete projects on time, reporting results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned.
