Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across stores, communicating with teams and visiting locations on schedule. A reliable smartphone and driver’s license are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or related field experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to ensure prime displays.
• Complete store visits and projects on time via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within a region as assigned.
