Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee field operations on large data center projects in the United States. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across subcontractors.

The role requires 5–10 years of MEP supervision, including data center exposure, plus a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects.
• Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
• Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.
